Dab the tape over the pollen and lift it away.

Remove the pollen.
Rather use a handheld vacuum or a vacuum hose to hold it off the stain so the suction picks up the pollen and does not rub it in take a piece of tape and gently lay it over the stain pushing slightly to grab any pollen left and lift it away.
The dye in pollen can be troublesome to remove.

The other option is to use a nylon heavy bristled brush hairbrush or small dustpan broom and briskly brush at the pollen.
Or use a piece of sticky tape to pick up the pollen grains.
Use a vacuum cleaner without any attachments to pull away from the pollen dust.
As well as the pollen staining fabrics what a lot of people do not realize is that lilies of the genera lilium and hermerocallis are actually toxic to certain household pets.
