Over the feet put a nut washer a 2x4 plywood on top of 2x4 washer and then 2 nuts. 4 1 4 20 coupling nuts. We ve been working on this video all week long hence the haitus. On the bottom i used female threaded rubber feet to screw onto the threaded rod.

4 1 4 fined threaded nuts and washers. Your shelf should stiffen up significantly at this point. We ve been focusing a lot of time on this because we are very motivated to reclaim. The second nut is used to restrain the tension wire loops.

4 1 4 x 36 zinc plated fine thread rods. Make these bolts very tight and then also tighten the bottom. You probably have a few of these in your garage already. Assembly is pretty straight forward.

Take the 3 4 wrench and tighten the top flange bolts down onto the shelves. Coupling nuts are used to join the rod and hanger bolts together. From here on out there is only one more step. At this point your threaded rod pallet shelf should still be a little wobbly.

Fine threaded is 20 threads inch.
